#### Shopping Process

1. Add your favorite items to the shopping cart.
2. Go to the shopping cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
3. Log in/register as a member (or log in via a third party).
4. Select your payment method.
5. Confirm your delivery information.
6. Complete the purchase and confirm the order number.

Each MUCHAT item is handcrafted with care. If you have any questions before purchasing, please message us. We would be heartbroken by any casual cancellations or returns.

### Payment and Delivery Methods

**Payment Options:**

- **LINE PAY / Domestic and International Credit Card:**
  - Orders will automatically display "Paid" shortly after a successful card payment. If the payment status shows "Payment Failed," the system will automatically cancel the order.
  
- **ATM Transfer:**
  - Deposits/Transfers can be made without a passbook or via counter service.
  - Orders will not be reserved/added until payment is made. Please remit payment within three days of placing the order. After successful payment:
    1. Go to your member profile on the website, navigate to orders, select the paid order, and leave a message in "Seller and Customer Order Communication" to inform us of the last 5 digits of the remittance.
    2. Check your registered email for the order link and inform us of the last 5 digits of the remittance via "Seller and Customer Order Communication".

Repeated non-payment may result in the cancellation of your MUCHAT account and denial of future online purchases.

### Order Inquiry

Log in by clicking "Member Login" and entering your email/phone number and password to check the status of your orders.

- Orders cannot be deleted or modified once placed.
- Each order is processed separately; shipping fees and discounts are not combined.
- If the order status is "Completed," it means the logistics unit has arranged the shipment, and cancellations are not possible.
- Canceled orders cannot be restored; for reorders, please refer to the current stock and promotions on the website.

- We do not accept rush orders. MUCHAT's exclusive designs are handcrafted, and production times vary based on materials and design, typically taking 7-30 business days (excluding holidays). Please do not purchase if you cannot wait.
- Production begins after payment. If there are material defects or quality control issues, production times may be delayed. Delivery dates cannot be specified. For urgent needs, please choose in-stock items or confirm before ordering.
- Orders are based on the original size, style, and color specifications. Changes in the remarks section are not accepted.

- Each item is inspected before shipping. To avoid disputes, please record a video while unboxing.

Q1. Pre-order item out of stock?
- If materials are out of stock, the amount for out-of-stock items can be transferred to the website account as shopping credit, which can be used indefinitely for any purchase, or refunded to your designated account (overseas buyers will receive refunds as credits or refunds; international wire transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility).

Q2. Out-of-stock items showing as available?
- Returned items from unclaimed convenience store pickups are restocked. This situation is uncommon, and quantities are not guaranteed, so we cannot provide stock notification services. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q3. What is "In-Stock + Pre-Order"?
- In-stock items are shipped based on the order of payment completion. If in-stock items sell out, the order will be treated as a pre-order. Pre-orders require approximately 14-30 business days for production (excluding holidays). If there are delays from suppliers, we will notify you via social media and email, giving you the option to wait or receive a refund.
- Items added to the cart but not checked out are not reserved. Inventory allocation is based on checkout order.

Q4. Bent earring posts on arrival?
- Due to potential impacts during shipping, bent earring posts are not considered defective. Gently straighten the post with your finger. If unsure, contact customer service for assistance.

Q5. Hidden versions and selected items?
- Hidden versions use different materials and quality levels than exclusive designs, making them more affordable. Ensure you understand before purchasing.
- Selected items are sourced from various brands and trends and are not self-designed, thus not offering comprehensive after-sales service. Confirm before purchasing.

Q6. Split shipments for in-stock and pre-order items?
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available. If you need in-stock items shipped first, you will bear the shipping cost.
- Free shipping applies once per order; splitting orders incurs additional shipping costs.

Repeated violations of MUCHAT’s order and return policies may result in account suspension and being blacklisted from transactions. MUCHAT reserves the right to interpret, modify, or cancel activities at any time.
